Hello, i get this error trying to launch the new client. Firewall/defender is off when doing it. Does anyone know a solution?

Can you make the FPS cap atleast 360, people with higher HZ monitors will be complaining in the future. Second: Can you add the option allowing to use the windows mouse cursor for the people who do not like the original ingame cursor, old clients have that option.
